UploadArticle.com is an active multi-topic publishing website that accepts contributed articles and describes itself as a platform for guest posting, content publishing, and digital marketing information. Its homepage covers subjects including business, health, travel, technology, education, SEO, finance, and home and garden. As of August 24, 2026, the homepage was displaying newly published articles dated that day, confirming that the site remains operational rather than being an abandoned article directory.

For writers and marketers, however, the more important questions are how submissions work, what rights contributors give the platform, whether publishing there has meaningful SEO value, and what should be checked before sending content or paying for any placement.

What is UploadArticle.com?

UploadArticle.com functions primarily as a broad-content publication rather than a tightly focused specialist magazine. Its navigation currently includes categories such as General, Health, Business, Travel, Tech, Technology, Education, SEO, Home and Garden, and Finance, while other parts of the site also highlight digital marketing and marketing-related content.

The site’s own description calls UploadArticle a platform for “guest posting, content publishing, and digital marketing insights.” Its public submission page invites outside contributors and sets minimum requirements for articles, making guest content a clearly documented part of its publishing model.

The site has also been operating under its current domain for years. Two independent domain-reputation services list May 8, 2017 as the domain’s creation date, although those are third-party records rather than a statement from UploadArticle itself.

How article submission works

UploadArticle’s main “Write for Us” page provides fairly specific content requirements. Submitted material must be the contributor’s own work, and the contributor must have the right to publish or redistribute it.

The page currently requests:

  • A minimum article length of 1,200 words
  • Two related HD-quality images
  • Two or three subheadings
  • Original content that passes plagiarism checks
  • Grammatically sound, descriptive writing
  • Content that does not fall within several prohibited categories, including unlawful material, hacking-related material, terrorism or extremist advocacy, pornography, illicit drugs, and trademark infringement

The page instructs prospective contributors to contact admin@uploadarticle.com for further details.

A separate UploadArticle page about contributing gives additional instructions. It says writers can prepare submissions in Word or Google Docs, attach images, include a short author biography with a website or social-profile link, and email the submission with a guest-post subject line.

Is publishing on UploadArticle.com free?

The public submission guidelines do not state a price and do not clearly say that publication is free. Searches of the main submission page also show no pricing or “paid” language.

That distinction matters. A page accepting guest posts should not automatically be described as a “free article submission site” simply because no fee appears on the public page. Anyone considering a submission should confirm current pricing, link rules, editing policies, and publication conditions directly with the site before proceeding.

One contact detail is worth confirming first

UploadArticle consistently lists admin@uploadarticle.com as its contact email, but its public pages contain a discrepancy in the telephone number.

The main Write for Us page lists +971 52 802 7502, while the Contact page lists +971 52 802 5702. The Contact page also states business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GST, Monday through Saturday.

Because the numbers differ by two transposed digits, email is the more sensible channel for verifying current submission arrangements, especially before sending payment or unpublished material.

What happens to the rights to your article?

Contributors should read UploadArticle’s terms before submitting original work.

The site’s Terms and Conditions state that contributors retain ownership of their own content but grant Upload Article a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute submitted material. The terms also state that Upload Article may remove contributor content at any time without notice.

Its separate disclaimer contains similarly broad licensing language for material submitted publicly or by email, describing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual license that includes reproduction, distribution and derivative works.

This does not necessarily prevent an author from using their own work elsewhere—the terms specifically describe the license as non-exclusive—but contributors should understand the scope of the rights they are granting.

Businesses submitting commercially valuable research, proprietary illustrations, commissioned photography or content intended to remain exclusive to another publication should therefore review the terms particularly carefully.

Is UploadArticle.com safe and legitimate?

There is enough direct evidence to say that UploadArticle.com is a functioning website that publishes articles and provides public submission, contact, privacy and terms pages. That is more precise than either declaring the site a scam or giving it an unconditional endorsement.

Independent automated reputation tools also demonstrate why simplistic “trust scores” should not be treated as final judgments.

Gridinsoft’s automated reputation checker recorded a 100/100 score on September 24, 2025, labeling the domain “Verified Safe.” Its report nevertheless noted a limited reputation footprint and advised care around forms that collect personal information.

Scam Detector takes a sharply different view. The version of its UploadArticle.com assessment available during this review displayed a 42.2/100 score and a cautionary classification. It also reported valid HTTPS and said its blacklist check had not detected the domain on the blacklist engines it examined.

Neither score is equivalent to an official security audit, regulatory finding or proof of fraud. Both are proprietary automated assessments, and the significant disagreement between them is itself a good reason not to base a decision on a single trust-score website.

For ordinary visitors, the practical approach is the same as with any unfamiliar publishing platform: avoid reusing passwords, check what personal information you provide, confirm any payment terms in writing, and keep copies of submitted material and correspondence.

What information does the site say it collects?

UploadArticle has a public privacy policy describing several categories of information it may collect.

If someone contacts the site directly, the policy says information can include a name, email address, phone number, the message itself and attachments. It also says account registration may involve details such as a name, company, address, email and telephone number.

The policy additionally describes the collection of standard log information including IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, timestamps, referring or exit pages and click information. It says cookies may be used to store visitor preferences and customize the browsing experience.

The privacy page also discusses third-party advertising technologies and lists rights associated with the CCPA and GDPR.

Anyone submitting an article by email should remember that the attached document, images and correspondence may themselves contain identifying or business information beyond what is entered on the website.

This is where expectations should be kept realistic.

Guest posting itself is not prohibited by Google. Publishing a useful article on another website because it reaches a relevant audience can be a legitimate content-marketing or public-relations activity.

The problem arises when the main purpose is manipulating search rankings.

Google’s current spam policies specifically identify several forms of link spam, including exchanging money for links or posts containing ranking-passing links and distributing guest posts with optimized anchor text for ranking manipulation. Google says paid or sponsored links should be appropriately qualified rather than used to pass ranking signals.

Google’s documentation recommends:

  • rel="sponsored" for advertisements and paid placements
  • rel="ugc" for links in user-generated content
  • rel="nofollow" when other values do not apply and a site does not want Google to associate itself with the linked page

For paid placements, Google specifically says sponsored is preferred, although nofollow remains acceptable.

UploadArticle’s public submission guidance does not specify whether contributor links are marked sponsored, ugc, nofollow, or left unqualified.

That means marketers should not buy or submit a placement based solely on a promise of a “dofollow backlink.” Before considering any guest-post opportunity, ask instead:

Does the article reach people who could realistically become readers, customers or professional contacts? Is the publication relevant to the topic? Would the article still be worth publishing if Google ignored the backlink completely?

If the answer is no, the placement is a weak content-marketing investment regardless of any third-party domain metric.

UploadArticle.com’s broad topic mix has advantages and limitations

A general publishing platform offers flexibility. A technology company, education writer, travel contributor or marketing professional can potentially find an applicable section without needing a publication dedicated exclusively to that industry.

The disadvantage is relevance.

A backlink or byline on a general-interest article platform is not automatically comparable with an editorial mention from a respected specialist publication in the contributor’s own field. For reputation-building, expertise and audience alignment normally matter more than the simple fact that a page can be published.

The homepage illustrates just how broad UploadArticle’s coverage is. Recent posts span electric bicycles, Power BI, rural home offices, social media, business signage, health and online education.

That breadth makes the site useful as a general publishing outlet, but contributors should judge each opportunity by the actual audience and editorial context rather than by the domain name alone.

Should you publish on UploadArticle.com?

UploadArticle.com may suit a writer who wants an additional place to publish non-exclusive informational content and is comfortable with the site’s licensing terms.

It is less compelling if the objective is obtaining a prestigious editorial credential, guaranteed referral traffic or a backlink specifically designed to manipulate Google rankings.

Before submitting, four checks are especially worthwhile:

  1. Confirm current terms by email. Ask whether publication is free or paid and whether there are any recurring charges.
  2. Ask how links are treated. Paid and contributor links need to comply with relevant search-engine policies.
  3. Read the content-license terms. Make sure the site’s right to reuse and adapt submitted material is acceptable for your work.
  4. Keep the original objective in mind. A useful guest post should offer audience reach, expertise, referral traffic or brand value even without SEO credit.

UploadArticle.com is therefore best understood as an active, broad-topic guest-publishing platform—not as a guaranteed SEO shortcut. Its public pages provide enough information to understand the basic submission process, but pricing, link attributes and some contact details should be confirmed before making a commercial commitment.
